We always recommend making a reservation, as we’re often fully booked. (Even on normally quiet times we may have a private event; by booking in advance you know you’ve got your time locked in.) You never lose out by booking ahead of time; you can still pay on site if you prefer, and as long as we have availability you can change your reservation any time by giving us a call or emailing.

Plan your visit
Sneakers (or similar shoes) are required, and we recommend wearing comfortable clothes that you can climb, crawl, and move around in.
Not sure if your shoes are similar? Questing footwear must be closed-toe and fully attached to the foot (at least with a heel strap). Any heel must be flat and less than an inch. Cleats or any other footwear that could damage the Quests are not allowed.
Everyone needs a digital waiver to Quest. Adults can sign their own; minors need theirs to be done for them by a parent or legal guardian.
We are located just a few blocks from Malden Center station on the MBTA Orange line and commuter rail.
If you’re driving, we recommend parking about a block away at the CBD parking garage located at 170 Centre St in Malden; cost with validation will typically be $2-4, depending on the length of your stay. Parking at the garage and on the street is free on Sundays, and street parking is free after 7pm on all days.
We have complimentary lockers available to secure your personal items.
You will need some time to check in, put your things away, and (if this is your first visit) learn how to Quest, so please arrive about fifteen minutes before your scheduled time to start Questing.

Some rules to be aware of
- Please walk at all times, even when in an empty hallway — all our doors open out (for fire safety reasons) and can open at any time.
- No outside food is allowed, and food, drinks, and gum may not enter the Questing area.
- Be gentle with props, and remember that props don’t move. If your solution involves picking up a prop, you do this just by touching it — you don’t actually need to lift at all.
- Please be respectful of other guests.
- Help us keep our secrets. You’re welcome to take pictures and to share them (tag us!) but please be careful not to take pictures that show a solution…and if someone asks you how you solved a challenge, please don’t tell them! (Tell them they can reach out to us for help instead.)
