package deals school Learn moreA Quest is a kind of "mission" at the end of which you receive a stamp. A Quest consists of 2 to 4 rooms, in each of which challenges must be solved. Boda Borg Zurich currently has 23 different Quests with 73 challenge rooms.
All Quests require teamwork and brains, some also require skill and physical effort.
You and team freely choose one of the 23 Quests. If you solve the challenge in the first room, you will move on to the next room (and so on). If you fail, go out into the corridor and start again (or choose a different quest). It always takes several tries before you solve a challenge.
How many Quests does your team master?
No, you can decide at any moment which Quest you want to play. The 24 Quests are free to choose at any time.
Children from the age of 7 can participate if accompanied by an adult. The adults support the children how to deal with frustration and failure. Some rooms are also dark and can be perceived as scary.
Children aged 9 to 11 can form their own Questing teams. However, an adult accompanying person must be somewhere in the facility (e.g. Quest Bar).
From the age of 12, children are allowed to play on their own.
The Quests are designed for teams of 3 to 5 people. It always takes at least 3 people in a team to solve the challenges.
Larger groups simply split into teams of 3 to 5 players. Teams can also be changed during the experience.
Up to 270 people can experience Boda Borg Zürich at the same time.
We strongly recommend that you book online. We cannot guarantee that we will have space for you if you simply come spontaneously. We have a large capacity, but on weekends or holidays there can be bottlenecks.
Shoes: Sneakers or sturdy shoes (without heel) are ideal. Flip-flops, sandals or other open shoes are not permitted for safety reasons.
Clothing: we recommend comfortable casual clothing that is easy to move in and suitable for climbing or crawling.
We have an open wardrobe with lockers. Padlocks can be brought with or purchased from us. Boda Borg accepts no liability for valuables.
In our Quest Bar we offer hot and cold drinks and various snacks (tarte flambée, hot dog, pizza). No picnic.
The Riedmatt Center also has a restaurant that offers Italian cuisine.
For picnics, the benches in front of our entrance in the shopping mall are suitable (indoors).
You can go out of the Questing Zone at any time and take a break. However, the break counts towards the experience time.
Yes, they can do the green Quests, which are barrier-free and without physical engagement. For the other Quests you have to decide individually. Yu can always leave a Quest to the corridor.

You always have full access to all Quests when you visit Boda Borg. You pay one entrance fee per person, and after that you can choose freely from up to 25 different Quests, as often as you like. To be guaranteed a spot, its best if you make a booking. However, you may also stop by without a booking and ask if there is availability at that time.
